    I was going through my old accumulation of 1894 2c Washingtons and noticed I had a number of interesting cancels so I put them together on a page. Then this one turned up. Looks like a pelican or something. Anyone really know what this is?

      I'm trying to get a-hold of experts that can help determine its origin. I haven't been able to find anything like it out on the web or on the different auction sites these past few weeks. Any idea where to turn to?
