I need help identifying the artists and possible year they were executed. They are watercolours painted on fine silk. Each are 10" W, and 14" L.

these don't look like woodblocks. they look like pastels or watercolors or something like that.
Agree with ho2cultcha, they don't look like woodblocks. Very nice!
Thanks for the comments. I believe you are both correct.The paper looks like a very fine "mesh" almost like silk which you can see where the red stamp signature is.Perhaps a print of a watercolour? I will take it off woodblock prints.
