    scottvez requested this one. It is an early chair with a really cool make-do seat of woven fabric. Check out the wear on the stretchers from where people rested their feet! The chair is several inches shorter than normal due to wear.

      I have a thing about chairs..not the smallest of things to collect, and I would have to have had if I had seen it... I would also leave it just!! as it is...lovely...:-)

      It sure has been loved over the years maybe they had to cut some of the legs off from were they use to wash the floors & rotted away just a thought

      Hey fhr...yeah i guess it could be later but the wear on the front stretcher is incredible. I just have seen ones with similar finials, with about the same wear dated in that range.
