    I know very little about art, I got this piece 15 years ago when I moved into a new house. The woman who owned the house was a semi well known published writer and an amateur artist. The piece is big 50x40. It has always spoke to me, maybe because I'm originally from nyc area and it reminds me of that. Not looking to sell it, just want to know who it's by and any other information. Love it!

      Thanks everyone. It is an oil, I think. It doesn't have the "LEE" so I wasn't sure what that meant. I saw in another post someone mentioned paintings done by his students, so was wondering if this was his work or a student.
