Old dusty Broyhill re-hab..

Rescued this Broyhill Brasilia from roadside thrift. Completely stripped entire finish, made a few minor repairs to veneer and finished it the way I wanted. I decided to not go with original finish since I was going to keep it. After stripping and conditioning I went with a gunstock stain instead, I also took the finish off the brass drawer pulls and gave them a brushed look. I then coated it with about 6 coats of satin lacquer and a few slatherings of Howard's feed n wax and it buffed up nicely. I know tradionalists may not appreciate the un-original finish but I personally like it better thank you very much. Thanks for looking.
