Man, woman, dog, goat, set with a block wall and column.
Behind the block wall at the rear is a vine with very delicate flowers at the top
On top of the column is a pot with some type of plant in it
It has a mark underneath which is very hard to see what it is, but may be a shield shape with a word in the middle. The word is so small I cannot read it but I guess it is the manufacturers brand or name.
Below the shield are two rows of numbers. The first row has three digits "778" then the other row has a single digit "O"

Generally it is good to post photos of the back and base as well as that will help with the ID!
