Mystery item

Further to my previous item I have tried to take a photo of the mark on the base in the hope one of you may be able to tell me the manufacturer.
Someone suggested Meissen porcelain but their mark is crossed swords, I believe, and they have since confirmed it was not made by them. Perhaps you may be able to help and identify this mark?
