i dont know what these are .
do they have value?
the second and third pic reminds me of a big, heavy hinge. third pic is like a big ,heavy latch.
any idea?

really need help to ID these items. if they have value. unfortunately i have to go though my parents estate. tools i have no idea. thanks
In order, drill press, heavy duty hinge, probably from a walk in freezer or refrigerator, and a door latch, striker/lock.
