#3. the handle on top, the top bar and point on the end points out or retracts when you move the handle . sorry didnt get back soon ,my dad passed and had to deal with things.

pic 4 there string that hold them together. now if thats part of the function or my dad just connected them to keep them together i dont know.
how could i find out if there is value. at some point ill have to include them in an estate sale.and i have no idea of worth.everyone thank you for getting back to me so soon.
really need help to ID these items. if they have value. unfortunately i have to go though my parents estate. tools i have no idea. thanks
