The first one looks like the top of a US Porcelain canteen. Battlegear posted one like it here:

The second picture shows a US canteen, probably WWI era judging from the metal cap. There's probably a year stamped on the bottom of the canteen. The carrier is regimentally marked to the 333rd Artillery
The round canteen in picture three I doubt is US military. The US started using the bottle shape in 1910.
The British and commonwealth countries used a blue porcelain cloth covered canteen like the fourth photo in both world wars. Here's an example:
