This is a pair of pretty rare photos. They document the only time these people were together. The baby is my father Jerry, and is being held by his mother, Algene. Her father, Harold is to her right. His father Bert is to his right and finally, on the end, is Bert's mother, Louise. Five generations in one picture, twice. They were taken in 1949. In 1951 Bert passed away, and in 1952 Louise passed away.

I have to take another one of these in a few months. We have one for every child, I have 3 girls. There are 5 generations of us, all girls. We all go shopping together every weekend. I am very thankful my 92 year old great grandmother is still very active and as sharp as they come!
