Another estate sale find of a rather cool fixed blade knife that is actually signed on the blade which is foreign to me.Also has a rather ornate sheath with a lion on it and a flag that I'm not familiar with. Knife is about 9 1-2 in long with a 5inch blade. Also appears to have a small etched brass component below tang. I found the hard it's extremely sharp. Does anyone have any info on this piece.
The flag is from Finland.
Thanks Vet that might make it easier to make out what is written on the blade.
Got it!!! A finish Puukko Knife that is signed.
The name of the maker would be at the top and I read Suomi underneath.
