Hi
Everyone.
I am being so lucky, or have a good timing, when i found this beautiful Biscuit Jar, a month ago, at the time i was browsing online to find info on glass, when i land on a UK web site where this Biscuit Jar was on Live auction, i fall in love at the second i see it, i ask the seller douzen of question on it,he provided me emails addresss of auction houses have seing this piece of glass an do a report on the ID, Confirmed as Loetz, Czechoslakia, Bohemia, attribution, i have to say this was not at Goodwill price for this one when i win it, i love it, this is what matter.
This beauty was in the mail for 2 week and half, it look to me a year.
Stunning hand decoration around the circumference which continues underneath,a threated veined décor with the trails and flowers in the pink/white.
Silverplate rim, decorative lid with the spigot and hinged handle, Octagonal in shape with the irridescent green glass color.
This Biscuit Jar stand with handle raised 10 inches tall, with handle down, 6 inches, 4.75 inchs on the widest portion, on a 3.75 inchs base.
Thank you to kevin again for his expertise, link and comment to put the real ID.;-)
Thanks for Viewing
Alan
Beautiful, Alan.....such delicate pink and white veining! Lovely shape too!
A lovely biscuit barrel Alan but it might well be Pallme-Konig from the Glasfabrik Elizabeth, Kosten bei Teplitz. The decor is typically theirs. You can see examples of this decor on pages 16-18 of this catalogue of a large collection of the factory's products here :

Alan, I'm just passing thru. Figure I've made enough on CW in the past. And NO! I haven't changed or settled down. Nice piece!

Sorry I left out a word, "trouble" on CW in my previous post. Just hanging around but figure that's better than hanging. I just "hit & miss" here like of a lot of "drive-by posters. LOL! Have a nice day/nite Alan. Are we still friends? I'm in the middle of a bad break-up. Needed a break!
@bb2
Sorry to hear that, I hope & wish, everything will comeback to normal.
