This rather stylish brooch is my last buy!
There was an unexpected bid struggle on it...
Only 1000+ feedback buyers!
But it is so neat, I needed to get it for €35 with shipping :-/
No marks, it is very light and mesure 1" square.
Any idea why so much dealers wanted it?
Only because it's fabulous?
Yep Karen, I find it fabulous too! Thank you for living it :-)
Thank you Vetraio for your so quick love too :-))
Many thanks for your loves, Vintagefran, Mikelv, Walksoftly, Manikin, Kivatinitz and Valentino!

EGYPTIAN REVIVAL Period (worldwide 1920s-30s quite possibly.)
Thank you PostCardCollector for posting your opinion :-)
Thank you Sklo and Budek :-))
Late thank you Agram! I think your iron pin is same era :-)
Thank you Kerry and Sarahoff for your loves :-)
What is it made of? It's so interesting!
Hi BelleEpoque! It is made of black laquered/painted stamped steel! So strange :-)
What is your opinion on Agram's piece era?

To be honest both pieces seem nouveau to me... Yours is clearly Egyptian revival... Perhaps a custom mourning piece? In any case, beautiful!
Thank you BelleEpoque !
Thanks Effe for your love :-)
Oh wow!!! I have missed this post. I am crazy about this! So beautiful and different. It's almost something young "Goth" interested people would like to wear. I am sure you would have a difficult task trying to find another one of these. I would hold on to it and never ever let it go! :) Nice find!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you Elisabethan! Very goth indeed! :-))
