Cluthra (I think) satin 16" compote

Picked this up at goodwill for $3. They had it listed as a frosted vase. I'm not sure it is anything more than a vase/compote/large bowl, but it definitely isn't frosted and the "texture" is blown inside the glass. I've looked at Steuben and saw no shapes that matched. Also, the size of the "texture" is much larger than anything I've seen with Steuben. Searching the internet for 16 inch, 1 1/2 ball compote yielded some results I was not fully prepared to see so here I am.
