    I don't know how to describe this piece! except that was very dry and doesn't appear to be recently carved. It appears to be some type of driftwood that someone has carved the dragon into. It could be hand held (?) and used as a puppet. I used a little wood polish on it and has come up a bit more respectable. Hope you like him.
