    Underneath the seats - springs and webbing. Some of the braid is missing but I don't really want to ruin the original upholstery. It doesn't really show. I think the wood is either cherry or mahogany.

    I really know nothing about this set other than I love the curves!

      Thanks for posting this. I have a settee very similar with the same type of legs and the frame having a similar design. I also do not know from what era this is and who the maker is. Has anyone been able to help you?

      Sadrab, I was talking to an antique dealer and told this was American from the 1920"s. He also said in his many years of selling that he has only come across something like this once. Hope this helps.
