These are 15" Barbecue Skewers with Ceramic Corn Handles. I acquired these at a garage sale this past weekend and they seem very rare and unique. I can't seem to find anything quite like these anywhere on line. I have QTY 7 of these. I would love to know more about them as far as their age, manufacturer, etc. These are really very cool and I would just love to know more.

Not sure if the colors in your photo are "true" or not... The Shawnee company produced ceramic items shaped like corn--their well known "Corn King" line (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shawnee_Pottery ), but the colors weren't that bright. Shawnee stopped production a long time ago--these could have been made by another company to "go with" Shawnee's "Corn King" line...

Thanks so much for the reply. At least it is a lead, as you are the first to respond to my post. Best regards! Deb
