Looks like a vase from the 1950s (or maybe a little earlier) when that forest green color was popular... Just a thought, no hard info though.
The colors look so bright that my guess (and it's just a guess, based on some textile history classes and experience back in the 1970s) is that it is modern... Good luck, and I hope I am wrong!
Looks like 1950s to me... different shape, but same color glass and gilding as a little 1950s vase that belonged to my mom...
