More finds, Franklin Electric Exact Weight Over Under Scale

Pretty cool scale, I am trying to talk my sis into letting me keep this :-)
Plate on it states it is a Franklin Electric
Exact Weight Type 8 030 Pat number 382791 6 Kilos
Not really sure if the weights actually belong to this scale,
2 are 2000 Units and 4 are 1000 Units and they weight a ton.
Not sure what category this should of been placed in.
Anyone have an idea what the value would be with the weights, maybe my sis will just accept her half?
