The matching pair

This is the other NOS 1953 sign we got last week on our Hunting Trip". While many of the great original Bulk Plants and old service stations have all been picked over pretty clean, there are still some of those early collectors out there that are willing to let a few things go as "bread crumbs" to us relative "newcomers" in the hobby. This particular collector claims he's never actually sold a sign before, so must have taken pity on us "bottom fish"? In any event we are thrilled to have the new signs to display the to the public in the Free museum at aaaLakeside Storage. That was an awesome day of "Hunting"!
