Fairly common to see these Kralik Rosebowls, I believe they're known as Copelia Tri-Claws. Happy to be corrected on that description if I've got it wrong.
This one has a faint luster to the glass, a pink iridescence when it catches the light, so I would call the white/cream color of the bowl "pearlescent".
What is a bit unusual about this one is its size, it's about 9in diameter and just over 7in high, so it is about the size of a bowling ball.
The size makes it a very effective rosebowl, it looks great as a centerpiece full of flowers.
