When was this made, and what's it worth?

Back in the 1940's, my husband's father used to work in the school district in Alameda, California. Around that time, they took it down and went digital. I'm curious when the clock was made and what it might be worth. I can't seem to find anything about them online.

      Hi
To date this clock you need look back of the movement and find some marks/stamps and post the marks here.
      This can be from 50-60's.
