Thanks Marty for steering me to this....I love it...just adore it...your'e so clever at finding the very unusual ones over here ..thank you xx
So what on earth do we have here? It's quite tall, around 9.5 inches. And very wide around 4.5. The applied branches and flowers are in golden brown and white. It looks like a very early Harrach vase. If I saw it without knowing I'd say mid Victorian.
Might be British? Bristol, Thomas Webb??
The rim is square, very unusual with brown and clear glass crimping, just stunning...oooh I could eat this...its like a big pink iced glazed bun....!!!!
Does anyone have anything similar??

Well anne, maybe i was lucky lately, but i have post one, 3 month ago, today i think it maybe Harrach, but at the time no one as go to say, what it was, even with"hey what is it, any ideal !" no answer....zzzzzzzzzz

Wow Anne... Yummy is right! AND it appears to be intact... WoW!
no damage what so ever Rick..and thank you for liking it as I do :)
Scott thank you...I think this is the first of mine you have loved in so much expression...yours is adorable too..they really should be together, can I send you my address? I'm happy to pay for postage :) ( don't bail me out I'm just using Australian sense of humour :) )
I can see some similarities indeed but yours appears to be sitting in a clear glass casing?? Mine seems to be the pink glass alone. Yours has similar ribbing for sure and the handle style whilst yours is smaller, the look and feel seems to be the same...yes I would agree that they are from a series of wares and styles done around the same time...it's the square rim that is of interest to me and how they made that over a cylindrincal vase I think is very clever..like I say, like this is how it's normally done..

square over square...
I hope it is Harrach, I have quite a few of their pieces but would love more !!
And my measurement was wrong, its closer to 10.5 inches :)
Scott also do you know what year era it mihght be??
Thanks Anne :)
I really like the square top-- the color combination is appealing as well.
scott
thanks again Scott. Yes the colour is like a 60's nail polish my older sister had and I would sneak for one nail...
