8' by 2 1/2' deep green,McCoy (I think) shallow ceramic bowl.There is another name for this type bowl,that I can not remember.I cherish this simple piece of pottery above all my other ceramics,simply because it brings back good memories.
Yellow clay consistent with Ohio clay. Incised numbers consistent with Brush-McCoy or J W McCoy. I have never seen that type of foot on a McCoy piece but that's not to say this makes it unlikely. I'll have to check my books; will post again if I find it. Nice dish!

That was my thought seeing it, that it was a planter dish. Lovely!
This item is actually a pet feeder (or bulb bowl). Made in the 1920s, this is from Brush-McCoy.
