We bought this plate several years ago, lets say 10, and It was not cheap but Sergio loves it at once. He was sure it was hand painted and the cobalt of the border is indeed magnificent. It was old but it did not appeared antique to me. Once at home and under the optic glass I could demonstrate him it was a very good transfer with some traces of hand painted (mostly in red and dark blue and dark violet). The backstamp does not appear to be under the glaze if not over the it so I am not sure it is a Carl Thieme from Saxony since this mark was used before 1900 and the plate I would say is from 1960. Japanese with a pseudo mark? If some one has any idea or knowledge please let share it with all us. Thanks to every one of you for looking and sharing ideas.

It`s genuine Carl Thieme around 1900, hand painted. His production was excellent, and often miss-attributed to Vienna with under-glaze blue beehive mark. But he used small ``CT`` in gold, never used by Vienna.
thanks IVAN49 for the comment.
