Here is a framed print I found about 20 years ago next to some trash cans near the road. I had it re-matted as the original was stained. Original frame and hanger.Signed and numbered in pencil.
I apologize for the reflections. I can't make out the signature.
Look familiar anyone ? Print size is 23 x 20 in.
Any help on this would be appreciated !
Sorry I can only make out part of the letters it sort of looks like De Clorsu--ory & that could be way off nice print though

The digits '184' are very European in their shape. Continental Europe. I was thinking Chobanian. But that gives little result on Google.
Great picture. The signature is a mystery. Have you tried using signaturefinder?

Painter of landscapes and marine and engraver, working in Paris, born in Erzurum 1864. He died in 1949, naturalized French. After studying at Paoletti, in Paris he became a student of Gustave Moreau. Earned honorable mention in 1896 at the Salon des Artistes Français and another at the Exposition Universelle of 1900 he has exhibited at the Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts and participated in the Brussels Exhibition in 1910. .Chevalier of the Legion of Honor the same year He took part in the Salon des Artistes Français in 1939 and at the Independent in 1943.
