Everyone.
I found this impressive circa 1896 Loetz seashell form Candia Papillon vase. Form is of a seashell, probably a Nautilus, this is very large and heavy piece is made from gold or amber colored glass with iridescent Papillon finish, and the base and plants are a clear glass. Interior of the vase has a solid iridescent silver finish. Underside has a polished pontil.This is quite large and impressive, this is my third official LOETZ art glass, i have to say, this is a piece of ART.
This sea shell vase was 7 inch tall, 10 inch wide, 8 inch deep.
This is a great example of the Jugendstil or Art Nouveau movement, and a beautiful example of Loetz glass.
Seller take a really good care of the wrapping as you can see on picture #4, double box, pop corn, bubble wrappe, name it, result, perfect shape at arrival,

There was a Loetz vase featured on Antiques Roadshow, it had been passed off as Tiffany's.

@rick, this is a huge shell, you right, grateful to find it,,, but just for fun, I change one of my picture, i want to show you(you know already) and other, the size of the box when i receive it yesterday, have a look, LOL

That IS a huge box Alan! I would have died seeing the top pushed in like that! Fortunately, it arrived safely.
Yes rick, that's exactly what i feel when i see the top, my heart flip twice, but was double box, the damage have not reach the second boxe,OUFF
