This unusual glass (green) decanter has a raised dragon on either side as well as a scroll pattern which is also on the stopper. It stands approximately 25 cm and has some weight to it. I'm not sure if it is old glass or a modern imitation . The stopper has a hard plastic insert but I'm not sure if this has been added later as the fit is very tight. The dragon has three claws, i'm not the expert but understand this could assist in identifying the era. (?)

Three claws generally means Japanese, and in the 70s they did go in for spirit bottles of quirky design. I'm not sure it is Japanese because they did not use plastic seals a lot but it may be!!

Thanks racer4four for comments and luv, it is a bit of a dilemma! You may be right about the 70s as it appears to have been moulded but still unsure whether the plastic has been added by user or original.
Thank you vetraio50 and mikelv50 for the luvs :)
