Fresh from our morning's Garage Sale trek, are these "Out Of This Word" Chrome retro-50's Table Lamps. They measure 27" tall by 15" across and have 8" diameter bases. They are completely unmarked so I'd love to have more info. on them if someone recognizes them. I'd appreciate your input. RER(BOB)

I think I know why they sold these lamps......only one bulb on each of the lamps was still lighting; all others were burnt. lol .... I added a photo with the lamps without bulbs and I wonder what types of bulbs would be more appropriate to fit the theme of these "out of this world" lamps. BOB
I have not seen too many sputnik table lamps before, they are so cool, you probably would score big if you sold these as I know really cool lamps bring in the serious collectors !~
Thanks Phil! I sold them a long time ago....didn’t get much for them. If they had been auctioned, I might have gotten more. They do take a lot of room.
I saw some maybe 2 years ago and they were asking plenty and got it. Instead of the globe lights I might have used the 7 1/2 watt bulbs just screwed on since they come in colours like red.
