Vintage carved Tiki head or whatever...

Looking for some help with this. I don't even know what to call it; a Tiki God or Polynesian head carving? The whole thing with the base measures about 18", the head itself being about 16" of that. Its about 5" wide and the marble base is about 6" square and 2" high. Overall the piece weighs approximately 12 lbs or so. I am kind of confused by the tag; it read "Eurasian" and is affixed as though it were part of a display in a museum or whatever. I don't get the Eurasian thing, though. Looks like a pacific islander to me or perhaps a black man perhaps. It seems to be fairly old, by the patina of the wood. The actual color is somewhere between the first photo and the last photo, on my computer at least.
