i know its an old wood box lol, but what was it used for?? i tried researching it because of it having the metal oval peice on the inside of the lid that says canteen. what i cam up with is cutlery brand but this box isnt the size of typical old cutlery boxes. were there boxes for storing canteens or did someone maybe take part of a canteen and put it on the box??? thoughts?
