Hi, i would like to know if anyone could tell me if this is a stone tool of some sort . It measures about 10" and is heavy. and the wider end has a sharper edge and the narrow end seems to have damage as to hitting a object. I found this rock hunting in west central minnesota and was hoping it was a axe head. Although i havent seen this style i would love to hear anyones thoughts. if its just a rock , its a cool rock . thanks.
Funny how much it looks like scrap iron, it just could be the lighting. Just for humor, would you check it with a strong magnet?

the color is pretty good, and no magnet will attract to it. it is a very solid rock
