St. Louis 1980 paperweight - Lizard Blown weight in pink and white double overlay, revealing surrounding vines, leaves and flowers with a molded and gilded classic lizard covering the crown. Marked on the base SL 1980 78/300, 16 point star. This is 2 1/2" high, 3" diameter.
You seem to have a few paperweights from this era all very nice

Sean, this a cool one too! I really like the lizard.
I once had a 19th Century Salamander paperweight . The detail was so fine that it looked like they used a real lizard for the mold.
I thought around there somewhere a lot of people really kicked off buying around then in that period I was just starting to get the itch I just didn't realise until many years later just how much it got me.
