Enamelled bonbonière in an early 1920s style

I guess that this could date from anything from 1920 to 1980+. What attracted me to it is the enamel ribbons on clear glass that reminds me of secessionist simplicity. It is unmarked but has a good amount of wear to the base that makes me think the first half of the date range above.
The finial is enamelled rather than being solid coloured glass.
It is 16cm high.
