    I came across this large brass brooch at a Goodwill. At first I thought it was part of a belt with the hook but it has an old "C" clasp pin back. Thought it was cool but I cannot figure out what purpose the large hook is for. It measures just a little over 3" wide by 2" long and there are no markings on the pin. Any help you can give me will be appreciated. Thanks for looking!
