When posting a new shape or décor, I am always tentative but I think this a Welz shape in a nice décor.
The yellow lights up under uv light but I don't think it uranium, maybe someone can enlighten me?

A known Welz shape and known Welz decor. This decor is in the Passau Welz case on a shape which is documented in production literature. The glow is likely a little orange looking and is the result of Cadmium used to color some yellow glass.
