This small vase ( 11,5 cm) looks very Welzy to me,mainly because of the oxblood colour ,which is dominant.Together with blue from light blue to saphir, green from pale green to emerald and a bit of yellowish it makes a beautiful composition.
Unfortunetely I cant't document the shape .I haven't seen this shape among Welz's.
No matter Welz or not i like it very much. The more I look at it the more I like it.
Thanks for looking.
I believe this is a Welz décor. Although your example contains more of the color fragments causing it to appear darker overall than most, everything about it seems right. The color combination used in this spatter appears in a variety of "densities" creating examples which range in appearance from fairly light to dark.
The shape is one I have seen in a handful of décors I also believe to be Welz.
Here is a link to a group of examples which I believe have the same basic décor on them. The shoe appears to be the closest in terms of the concentration of colors and the overall appearance of the décor.

Thanks. Glad to help, and appreciative of the pics.
I love the lobed rims, Ivonne. I have two very similar Welz vases (same decor, body & feet) but the rims are round. Yours is very pretty!
Thank you ,Michelle!Would you like to share your vases on CW?It 'd be great to see more examples.
