I just think it is beautiful and interesting. I have no idea how old it is, and what it is. I have searched, and cannot find anything like it. NO markings at all. I cannot find any nails in it. There is glue underneath, but obviously by a previous owner since it is globed on in a crack in the rectangle top. I purchased at a garage sale. It is about 4 feet tall and the top is about 18 X 24 inches.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Looks to be Victorian Eastlake dating from about 1879- 1890s.

Thank you so much! As I look at Victorian Eastlake, I see that they are all unique. I don't see any 2 alike. Is that true? Can I assume there was probably a marble top?
