Well, Skrdlovice glass-works, and signed Libensky all good news, give me several minutes and I'll come back with year and pattern number.

7713/ 15, and 7713/15A of which, both versions were produced for many years, are relatively common.

from my view it's not vintage.
nice design by Libensky but produced later by owner of design (Beranek sro)
on auctions is always - "design by Libensky"... "Libensky design" ...
and the price is high because of his name, but the production was quite massive in 90-00.
