Dimpled and Trailed Decanter

This is a small dimpled decanter with uranium yellow rigaree trails and a single uranium yellow neck ring with no pouring lip. The leaf shaped stopper has a uranium yellow crimped edge. Made circa. 1905.

I have shown an extra picture of this decanter with a slightly larger similar decanter with uranium green trails on it and a silver collar. You can see they are by the same manufacturer but I have no idea who it is.
