This is an Irish decanter, with three bladed neck rings, a mould blown fluted base and a radially cut stopper with a flat polished top. The shoulders of the decanter are cut with a scale pattern. Made 1800-1820.
I believe this to be a Dublin manufactured decanter as it seems to have features of decanters I have seen attributed to manufacturers of the city.
This is a transitional decanter between the earlier ones that had no glass cutting to having a tentative amount of cutting, but retaining the fluted mould blown base The shallow nature of the cutting may mean if was cut powered by a foot treadle, lowering the date to the bottom end of this range.
