    Another old Bicycle saved from the scrap yard!! Again I am looking for information about this bicycle. The only information I have on this one is that it has MX TROXEL on the seat.

      Troxel is the maker of the seat. There is or should a stricker on the front by the handle bars with a name on it, like AMF, Schwinn, Western Flyer of something, that would be the brand. I'm guessing yours maybe a AMF Play bike.

      I have one of those! In fact, I'm fixing it up for my son! I'm trying to find the maker of it too. The decal on the fork wore off long ago. :( Mine has a chain guard that had "Road Runner" painted on it with two black pin stripes running along it's length, but unfortunately, I had painted over it when I was a kid. Underneath the seat, "Made in Italy" is stamped on it. I don't know if that's just the seat or the bike. The old seat cover on mine did not say "Troxel". It was plain black. Yours looks to be the same orange color mine was originally.
