I did some more research and found out that it's an Iverson, probably and Iverson Roadrunner: http://www.ratrodbikes.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=53622&p=749166#p749166

I have one of those! In fact, I'm fixing it up for my son! I'm trying to find the maker of it too. The decal on the fork wore off long ago. :( Mine has a chain guard that had "Road Runner" paint...
