    This is a metal Cake and Pie safe my by the Home Comfort Bread and Cake Co. These were patented in 1919 and most likely from the 1920s. Inside are two metal shelves and a third item could be placed on the bottom. I put a vintage graniteware pie pan inside. The color is original based on others I have seen. There was a larger version that was in the natural steel color with gold trim.
    Size is 20" high x 13 1/2" wide x 11" deep.
    It goes well with the metal cabinet I posted earlier.
