This is a Czech helmet it has a 52 with crossed swords and it has the number 16 on the back of the inner helmet.(Dont know what the 52 or the crossed swords and the 16)

the Czech Vz53 helmet marking with crossed swords and number 52 is the Czech military acceptance mark and year of manufacture 1952.
nice helmet, many of these Czech steel helmets were used in the Vietnam War by the North Vietnamese also known as the PAVN. [People's Army of Vietnam]
