I found this doll at a yard sale, she was filthy but she cleaned up pretty well. I just don't know what she is. I can't find any markings on her. She's 20" and articulated in a unique way since she's a ballerina. She's articulated at the neck, shoulders, wrists, waist hips, twice in the hips and ankles. I'm not sure if this is the best place to ask this question, but was hoping someone may recognize her.
Unmarked Betsy McCall made 1961-62 and unmarked .
1961 and 1962 for this doll stated that her unique multi-joints allow her to be positioned in the first through the fifth ballet positions. These 22” multi-jointed dolls were unmarked, so there is an inconsistency between authors about manufacturers of Betsy McCall.
