This was in my grandparents basement for as long as I can remember. After looking at other pics it appears mine has the vulcanized fiber over the wood. Is there a good way to restore it to its original shine? Also, any guesses on age? Thank you for any help.
It has an Excelsior Lock on the two side latches. It also has the rails on the inside so I am assuming at one point there was a shelf that fit in.
