    Hello.
    Anyone know what this is?? It is about 10" long, metal prongs, wooden handle , some kind of grooved rubber type edge and numbers, of which the top ones I can't make them all out. Bottom set is a PAT # it looks like. Nothing on it moves or repositions.

      It is a webbing stretcher to support the spring in funiture........it happens my father has the patent on this

      My father was Cecil Bancroft from Sac City , Iowa he developed it in about 1948 and it was imposed on by a company out east and they produced them for quit a long tim...............
