Posted this one a few days ago.
Here are some better jpgs. Looks like three lenses at the top-- would assume three more on the bottom making this a 6 lens camera.
As before-- any input is appreciated (Rob).

The camera is definitely wet plate based on the rear detail and overall it looks American.
In regards to the 2x3 lens array, anything other than 2x2, 3x3, 4x4 arrays were very uncommon but known. For example, in the 1870s Anthony catalogues listed ferrotype camera boxes for six 1-9 gem lenses in a block (as opposed to a brass plate). But this is not an Anthony.
The body itself is a bit of a mystery and I haven't found a good match. At first I thought it was a Roberts. Although it has a basic Roberts-style interchangeable lens block, the front lens box is much to shallow and the base is wrong. The base looks to be inspired from earlier dag designs by Lewis or Palmer & Longking.
